Birchbox February 2015//♥!

Here's what was in my February Birchbox, I'm going to do this every month as I always discover some amazing products and brands from it. Hope you all enjoy it!

This month Birchbox launched a new box which fits through your letterbox but doesn't have any less products!

theBalm cosmetics; Stainiac in Beauty Queen - £10 (birchbox.co.uk/shop)

This is a great product as you can use it as both a lip & cheek stain. It doesn't dry your lips out as some others can and blends out great on your cheeks.

Wild About Beauty; Rose Water Illuminating Serum - £22 (birchbox.co.uk/shop)

This smells amazing! I've never heard of this brand or any of its products before but I've been using this under my make up as a base or just before bed and it leaves your skin so soft! It also helps to keep my make up in place for longer.

Liz Earle; Botanical Shine Shampoo - £10 (birchbox.co.uk/shop)

I love Liz Earle! But I had no idea they did shampoo. This smells really fruity and it has made my hair so soft & shiny. It's got shea butter in it which is amazing for your hair!

T London; Darjeeling Bath & Shower Wash - from £6.50 (birchbox.co.uk/shop)

I've used this as a bubble bath and as a body wash and it honestly is so moisturising, it has a really light fruity fragrance so it's perfect if you're not a fan of strong scents! It's also great on my sensitive skin.

Cynthia Rowley Beauty; Eyeliner in silver - £11 (birchbox.co.uk/shop)

I haven't tried this yet but I have swatched it. The colour is amazing and feels really easy to apply, I'm really looking forward to using it.

The Chia Co; Oats + Chia - £4.95 pack of 5 (birchbox.co.uk/shop)

I haven't eaten this yet as I forgot I had it until just now! All you need to do is add hot water. There are 3 flavours available; mixed berry, apple spice & banana mango. They come in a pack of 5. 

I hope you enjoy this, I would really recommend Birchbox to anyone as there's such a wide variety of brands and products to try out, and who doesn't love getting a box of goodies to try every month?

Lush Haul Part 4//♥!

Hope you enjoy the final part of my Lush haul:-)! 

Snow Fairy - Christmas Limited Edition 

The first time I smelled this I absolutely hated it, but now it's one of my favourites. It smells like candy floss & pear drops & it has a bit of shimmer in it, what more does anyone need?

Snowman shower jelly - Christmas limited edition 

This has a really fruity scent like blackcurrants. It's so cute as its shaped like a snowman, you can either use it whole, rip some off or cut it up into more manageable pieces which is what i do.

So White - Christmas limited edition 

I wish I had gotten more of this, it smells exactly like apples which is really refreshing and makes my skin really soft!

Sweetie pie shower jelly - £3.50 100g

This shower jelly is really fruity, it smells of cherries, coconut & blackcurrant. It's also really moisturising!

Rose Jam shower jel - Christmas limited edition 

I really thought I wouldn't like this since its floral, but it has lemon in it so it's a sort of fruity floral scent. It's also really refreshing and moisturising, I like to use it with Ro's Argan body conditioner.

Ro's Argan body conditioner - £16.50 225g

This smells exactly like rose jam, you use it like hair conditioner for your skin. It leaves the skin amazingly soft for ages afterwards!

Big - £12.25 330g

I love this shampoo, it seems expensive but a tub lasts me normally about 2 months! It is amazing for dry lifeless hair & even on normal hair it just makes it more manageable. It also makes my hair soo shiny! 

Turkish Delight shower smoothie - £16.95 200g

I think this smells like Rose Jam (yum!). It's really nice and light on your skin, I like to use it as a shaving soap too. It is very moisturising & leaves the skin so soft!

I really wasn't a fan of this conditioner, it's a really thin runny consistency and I prefer a thick conditioner. I have really long thick hair and it just didn't do anything for it, I really love the scent as its a really light herbal fruity scent, but it just wasn't for me.

Lush Haul Part 3//♥!

Hope you enjoy part 3 of the Lush Haul❤️

Pink Fun - £5.00

Fun is amazing! It can be used as soap, bubble bath, shampoo, play dough & I'm sure I read somewhere you can even hand wash your clothes with it!! This size was in a gift set, you actually get a much bigger size for £5.00. The pink fun smells to me very sweet like like bubblegum with a hint of caramel! You get lots of different colours & it would be great for kids too!

Dirty Massage Bar - £5.95

I use this as a moisturiser when i come out the shower/bath you just run it over your skin and it melts to the warmth. It smells like mint choc chip ice cream!! It also shares its scent with one of the Lush Gorilla Perfumes.

Sultana of Soap - £3.40 (100g)

This soap is really moisturising and smells really amazing and fruity! It's packed full of dried fruit like apricots, currants & cranberries it also has coconut oil in it which is great for your skin!

Snow Fairy Sparkle - Christmas Limited Edition 

This shares its scent with Snow Fairy shower gel although I think it's a little bit sweeter. It has shimmer in the middle of it. I've crushed this up and put it in an old Lush pot and use it as a moisturiser, this means that every time I use It I get the shimmer:-)

The Melting Snowman bath melt - Christmas Limited Edition

This is a really Christmassy scent it shares its scent with hot toddy which smells like cinnamon. It is very moisturising due to the Shea Butter & Almond oil in it!

Santa's Lip Scrub - Christmas Limited Edition

This lip scrub is cola flavoured! It should have little hearts in it but mine doesn't:-( But it's still amazing, I use a lip scrub once a week and I currently use this one or bubblegum, I've yet to try Mint Julips & Popcorn. 

Ceridwen's Cauldron bath melt - £4.35

This is perfect in a relaxing bath it has a really light floral scent and is perfect for dry skin. It's made of cocoa butter, you just put the bath melt in the hot bath and when it's melted you use the muslin cloth that will be full of oats to wash your skin which will act as a gentle exfoliant.

Soak & Float solid shampoo bar - £5.75

I got this in the Boxing Day sale, it's ideal for helping with psoriasis, dandruff & eczema. It helped my dandruff after the first use but I really can't get over the smell, it smells like smoke! It is really worth getting if you need help with any of those things.

Mask of Magnaminty - £5.50 (125g)

This mask is really minty & refreshing. It's good for stopping breakouts and when you wipe it off it gives you gentle exfoliation.

Lush Haul Part 2//Bubble Bars♥!

Part 2 of my Lush Haul is about bubble bars, they are my favourite type of product to get from Lush! You can get multiple baths from one bar by crumbling a small piece under running water. This is probably the longest part of my haul. Hope you enjoy:-)!

Bubble Bars♥!

The Comforter - £4.75

This is my all time favourite product from Lush (along with Brightside)! It just smells amazing like having a bath in Ribena! I normally get about 6 or 7 baths from one bar! It has Cassis Absolute which give it the blackcurrant scent & it is super moisturising!

Brightside - £4.75

I absolutely love the scent of this it's an amazing citrusy scent with mandarin, bergamot & tangerine essential oils it smells just like fresh oranges! 

Creamy Candy - £2.75

If you have dry skin I'd highly recommend this, it is more moisturising than anything I've tried before. It has a blend of almond and cocoa butter with almond oil and butter chunks that make your bath water super moisturising. It smells really sweet like Snow Fairy!

Christmas Eve - Christmas Limited Edition 

I haven't had a chance to try this yet but the scent of this is amazing, is is quite a relaxing floral scent with jasmine and ylang ylang it would be perfect for a nice relaxing bubble bath!

Blue Skies & Fluffy White Clouds - £4.75 

I picked this up in the Boxing Day sale online, I haven't had a chance to try this yet & I'm not so sure on the scent as it's quite a strong spicy one. 

The Christmas Penguin - Christmas Limited Edition 

This is the cutest! It's apparently Inspired by the smallest penguins in the world found on Philip Island in Australia. It has a sweet fruity floral scent with orange flower, bergamot, Sicilian mandarin and lemon oil.

Candy Mountain - Christmas Limited Edition 

This is like Snow Fairy, Creamy Candy & The Comforter mixed together it makes your skin really soft and gives you pink sparkly bath water! I'd love this to be an all year round product!

Yuzu and Cocoa Bubbleroon - £3.65

To me this smells exactly like a Bounty chocolate bar! It has Coconut Oil and Shea Butter which are extremely moisturising and amazing for your skin. With bubbleroons I use half at a time so I get two uses.

Green Bubbleroon - £3.65

I am addicted to the scent of this! To me it smells just like sweet lime, I wish there were more products with the same scent. It has Shea butter to make your skin soft & it really does, this would be great for people with dry skin.

Sunnyside - £3.75

I am in love with this! It's Gold, glittery & smells like Oranges & Lemons! What more could you want?! I get 4 uses from this and a tiny piece creates lots of glittery bubbles! 

Drummers Drumming - Christmas Limited Edition

This is a reusable bubble bar that you just swirl round the water or hold under the running tap, to me it's got a light floral scent & is nice and relaxing.

Magic Wand - Christmas Limited Edition

This smells exactly like snow fairy, nice and sweet like candy floss. It makes your bath a nice pale pink colour and is also very moisturising!

Lush Haul Part 1//Bath Bombs♥!

Most of the things you'll see here are what I got as presents at Christmas & some of which I bought myself, I wanted to include most of them, so I'll be splitting it up into categories so it's not too long & boring, some are limited edition so are no longer available, hope you enjoy:-)

Bath Bombs♥

Sakura - £3.35

This is such a pretty bath bomb, is has a really fresh/floral fragrance which I don't normally go for but its not too strong or overpowering. It's apparently inspired by the Cherry Blossom in Japan.

Golden Wonder - Christmas Limited Edition

I love this bath bomb! It's so moisturising and it has hidden surprises! When you shake it you can hear a slight jingle from inside like a real present! It smells slightly citrusy and has gold lustre!

So White - Christmas Limited Edition

This smells just like apples! Inspired by Snow White, it looks a bit boring but it's pink inside! It's really relaxing & moisturising I wish I'd bought more!

 Luxury Lush Pud - Christmas Limited Edition

I can't really think what this smells like, it's supposed to smell like Lavender but I don't think it does. It looks amazing when it's fizzing away in the bath though! It's also really relaxing & looks like a colourful Christmas pudding!

Shoot For The Stars - Christmas Limited Edition 

I really wish that this was a permanent product! It has a toffee/caramel scent and is sparkly! Amazing! It turns your bath water dark blue with silver glitter!

Father Christmas - Christmas Limited Edition 

This has a very similar scent to Snow Fairy it's so cute & I thought it wasn't going to do much but it's green inside! I used this with the comforter bubble bar and they went together amazingly!

Sex Bomb - £3.35

I think this is so good for a relaxing bath, it has really light floral scent and turns your bath water a really nice light pink colour, it is even better when paired with Rose Jam.

Dashing Santa - Christmas Limited Edition 

This is quite a small bath bomb but it's really moisturising, it has a really fruity scent and has gold & white lustre!

Cinders - Christmas Limited Edition 

I think this is an amazing bath bomb, it's really small but so good! It smells just like Christmas, it has cinnamon, orange oil & almond essential oil along with sea salt and popping candy! It's also super moisturising!

Lush Oatifix Fresh Face Mask | ♥

Lush Oatifix - £6.50 75g (lush.co.uk)

I love face masks! But there are soo many different ones to try, I can never really find one that agrees with my skin as it's sensitive and hardly anything agrees with it! So when I tried this I was so happy it's perfect for my skin. It smells amazing too, I think it smells like a mixture of porridge & cookie dough (yum!). It's really gentle for the skin it has banana in it to help moisturise, and oatmeal & ground almonds to gently exfoliate. It also work great for dry skin! I'd really recommend this to anyone, I'm currently trying out Mask of Magnaminty from Lush which is great so far:-)

These have been some of my favourite products in November/early December♥

Agave healing oil treatment - £16 (60ml)

I've never really been a fan of oil for my hair as I'm always scared of putting too much on and making it greasy but this is really easy as you only need a 5p sized drop for all of your hair. It smells amazing, makes my hair really soft and shiny. You can also use this as a super hydrating body oil. 

The Body Shop strawberry beautifying oil - £9 100ml (thebodyshop.co.uk)

This is similar to the product above it has the same uses and is equally as amazing, maybe a bit more affordable if you want to spend a little less. It also comes in a range of scents including; coconut, pink grapefruit, satsuma, mango & more!

Dr Jart+ water act skin mist - £18 150ml (birchbox.co.uk) 

I've been using this after cleansing and moisturising & it just makes your skin feel so clean & fresh, it helps to absorb your moisturiser quicker! I would also recommend the Dr Jart+ premium beauty balm (boots.com) I think both of those products are amazing!

Lush Eyes Right Mascara - £12 5g (lush.co.uk)

I love trying new mascaras, so of course I had to try one from Lush. Usually I get quite irritated & itchy eyes from normal mascaras as I have quite sensitive eyes but this one is totally different, it's a really gentle one which has wheat grass in it. I think the fact that it's quite a natural formula helps with my sensitive eyes & it has a great brush! 

Lush comforter shower gel (lush.co.uk/kitchen)

My favourite ever Lush product is The Comforter bubble bar, so when I seen this I knew I had to get it! It smells exactly the same as the bubble bar & I just want to eat it!This is currently unavailable as i got it from The Lush Kitchen. They Make exclusive products that are available for a maximum of 21 days. They change their menu daily and make small batches everyday, as soon as the kitchen have finished making your product it gets sent to you so it's the freshest you can get!
