Birchbox October 2015...❤️
I haven't done a post about a Birchbox in a while so here's everthing i got in my October one:-)...
PARLOR smoothing blowout spray - £17 for full size
This smells soooo good, just like peaches! It's a 'tonic' to combat frizz, protect against heat damage & makes hair hold a style for longer. You use it on damp hair before blow drying. I cant wait to try this!
Rituals foaming shower gel - Indian Rose & Sweet Almond Oil £8.50
You only need the smallest amount and as soon as it hits the water it turns into a foam. It has such a lovely scent that lasts on your skin even after the shower.
When™ Travelmate sheet mask - £25 for a pack of 4
I can't wait to try this, i love normal face masks but have never tried a sheet one. I'm hoping that this will help my dry skin.
100% Pure lip glaze - Watermelon £19
This is such a nice subtle colour that is buildable and can be worn anytime. It is made with avocado and cocoa butter to make sure it moisturises & nourishes your lips when worn!
English Laundry No.7 Scent - £60 for full size
I love English Laundry scents, they are so fresh and sweet and i never have to top up when i'm wearing them as they last all day. I'd never heard of this brand before i got Birchbox but now it's one of my favourites.
Bioderma Sensibio H20 - £10.20 for full size
I'm so excited to try this as i've always wanted to, i normally use Garnier/L'Oreal Micellar waters or Liz Earle Cleanse & Polish to take my make up off so it will be a nice change, especially as it's for sensitive skin:-)

Lush Haul..❤️
I went to Lush Buchanan Street in Glasgow today, it's such a cute little shop. I'd never been to that one before AND they had Christmas & Hallowe'en products in so it was the perfect excuse for me to get some treats:-) Here's what I picked up..

Snow Fairy - 100g £3.95
This was the first thing i seen when i walked into the shop! I picked one up instantly, i was gutted when my last bottle from last year ran out. Snow Fairy is just one of those scents you never get sick of. It smells just like pear drops & candyfloss. What could be better?
The Experimenter - £3.95
I am addicted to this bath bomb! The scent is exactly how a Lush shop smells, is beautiful in the bath, so relaxing and makes your skin really soft. It makes your bath a purple/blue colour with lots & lots of gliter, you need to try this.
Sparkly Pumpkin - £3.65
I didn't get the chance to try this last year so i definitely had to pick one up (especially since it's covered in glitter!) The scent to me, is fruity but also quite spicy. Perfect for a cold halloween night.
Creamy Candy - £2.95
This is one of my all time favourites from Lush. They have changed it a bit since the last time i bought one so i had to try it out. It smells just like Snow Fairy!
Granny Takes a Dip - £3.65
I was never a fan of the Bath Bomb version of this other than how it looked, but i love this. The scent is very warm and spicy, you can definitely smell the pepper in there. I can't wait to try this!
Lord of Misrule - £3.95
This is my first ever Lord of Misrule bath bomb, i've never really fancied trying it as i didn't think i would like it having never smelt it. I can't wait to have a bath with this after smelling it, i think its quite similar to Granny Takes a Dip as it's a nice warm spicy scent. I have a feeling i will be addicted to this like everyone else seems to be:-)!
Hope you enjoyed..
Thanks for having a wee read..
Happy Birthday to my blog:-)
I can't believe it's already a whole year old!

Benefit They're Real Liner..❤️
Here are my first impressions of Benefit They're Real Push Up Liner:-)
I bought the smaller version to start with as i had heard quite mixed reviews (mostly bad) about it, but i was dying to try it i got it for £9.50 from boots. On the first try i loved it! Nothing else i've tried is like it, I'd describe it as a push up kohl liner with a flexible rubber applicator that makes it 10 times easier and quicker to apply with the perfect line everytime that lasts all day with no smudges! I'm so excited to try out the new colours (Brown, Blue, Purple & Green) and it's only £18.50 for the larger size! I'd highly recommend it and have no idea at all where the bad reviews come from, i think it's amazing - great value for money! Give it a go:-)

Birchbox July 2015❤️
Here is everything that i got in my July Birchbox. This month it was in a little pouch with a zip, perfect to store your beach essentials in on holiday!

POP Beauty eye-shadow trio in Peach Parfait - £15.50
This little eye-shadow trio is the perfect size just to put into your make up bag if you don't want to take a huge palette or lots of individual eye-shadows - the colours are so pretty and are neutral shade so they'll go with anything!

Spa To You 100/180 grit nail file - £2.99
A nail file is always an essential for me in my handbag. I would never use any less than a 180 grit nail file on my natural nails though as i find its too harsh and causes them to snap easier - but every nail file is different, its just finding the right one for you. This one seems good for my nails! (Tip; only file your natural nails in one direction)!

Unani Aloe Vera Gel - £15
Aloe Vera is perfect for sunburn - it soothes the redness and itching and this is completely odorless so you don't have a horrible overwhelming smell when applying!

Soigne Nail Polish in Menthe - £11
I had never heard of this brand before i started getting Birchbox, but i'm so glad i have now. The polishes are such good quality and come in such amazing colours - this one being a perfect summer colour!

Benefit Dream Screen - £25
This is the cutest bottle of sun cream I've ever seen (you get a much bigger size for £25 don't worry)! Apart from that i wish i had the sunny weather to benefit (ha!) from using this! It's SPF 45, matte finish, fast absorbing and promises to keep your skin hydrated - what more could you want?

BioNike Cleansing Water - £12.20
I love trying out new cleansers, so this is perfect! It is particularly good for those of us with sensitive skin as it's fragrance free! The best part is that you don't need any water, all you do is massage it onto your face with your fingers and use cotton pads to remove - which will remove any make up whilst giving your face a good cleanse!

Birchbox June 2015❤️!
Here's everything I got in my June Birchbox❤️!
This month's Birchbox was in partnership with 'French Sole' who have really pretty shoes, sandals & bags!
REN Instant Firming Beauty Shot | £36 30ml
I haven't tried this yet but Birchbox describe this as 'a shot of espresso for your complexion' they also say to apply 2-3 drops to clean skin or that you can pat it on over your make-up, it is supposed to plump the skin, diminish wrinkles, firm and tone the skin.
STYLondon Temporary Metallic Tattoos | £7.99
I don't think i'll use these just as normal temporary tattoos but i will probably cut them up to use as nail art instead! There are 3 different packs you can choose from on the Birchbox website.
Penhaligon's Iris Prima | £85 50ml
This smells absolutely amazing, it's got a scent you can't really describe or compare to anything. I definitely would not pay the £85 for it despite how good it is.
Mirenesse iCurl Mascara | £24
I love the brush on this mascara, its really curved and i find those easier to use as they can grab more lashes. It lasts all day, keeps the curl in your lashes and doesn't smudge! I have quite sensitive eyes and it doesn't irritate them at all. To remove i just use my Micellar Water, but you are supposed to be able to apply warm water to your lashes and the mascara should then come off in tubes.
Balance Me Super Moisturising Body Wash | £9 200ml
This has been great at getting rid of my dry skin, it really is 'super moisturising'. It has a really light citrusy scent which isn't too strong or overpowering.
HIP Ultra Shine Shampoo | £19 200ml
This shampoo smells very minty and refreshing, it would be great first thing in the morning to help wake you up a bit. I haven't tried this yet, but I'm very excited to!
In this month's Birchbox you got a free shoe bag to match the box you picked, i love how pretty and colourful my one is!

Benefit Roller Lash❤️
Benefit Roller Lash - £19.50 8.5g (https://m.benefitcosmetics.co.uk/product/view/roller-lash)
As you probably know by now I love trying new mascaras out, so when I seen this I had to! I wasn't really a fan of Benefit's 'They're Real' but I really love Benefit make-up so I was hoping for the best. I am absolutely obsessed with it, I love the fact that I don't have to use eyelash curlers with it as it is literally like you've had rollers in your eyelashes and makes them so curly! To apply, I start at the base of my eyelashes, wiggle and 'roll' the brush around to the top. I then do the same with my bottom lashes. I initially thought the wand was plastic (which I normally hate) but it's more like rubber as its softer and more flexible, it's got a hook like design so that it can grab every lash, which it does! It stays on all day with no smudges (no panda eyes here!) It's also really easy to remove, I just use my micellar water, it comes right off and doesn't leave any on your lashes. I also really like Benefit's 'BADgal lash' mascara, so I'd really recommend them both! I might just have to give 'They're Real' another try!
Give 'Roller Lash' a go, you won't regret it!
Ashley❤️
